Looking For Cleaning And Cooking Twice A Week

I just moved to Chicago and I joined Care. com as I need someone to come twice a week to clean (1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment) as well as cook. I have a very busy schedule so I need someone to leave home made meals in the fridge that I can just heat up. My apartment is small and I am a generally organized person so the cleaning is not too intense. You can bring supplies or leave me a list of supplies for the month cleaning, and I will buy groceries for you to cook. I can speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish and you can come any time and any day during the week (Monday and Thursday preferred, but can be any day during the week). If you have more years of experience and references/reviews, that would be great.
