My home is larger than most my home is only lived in by 3 of us and hence I only want select cleaning but I do want a cook, laundry etc I need someone to cook clean floor 1 only (main house consisting of kitchen and great room and office and master bed and baths, closets and laundry ). No in law or upstairs except baths and vacuum 2x per month. About 2000 sq feet for relevant area Cooking services a plus (traditional, southern a plus). Long term assignment. Extra intial fee to get closer and laundry and kitchen organized?
