House Manager

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented House Manager to help create a calm, well-organized home environment. The right person will take initiative to manage daily tidying, laundry, and household organization -- and will also help with ongoing decluttering projects to simplify and streamline our space. Key Responsibilities: • Daily tidying and general upkeep of the home • Laundry management (folding, putting away, changing bedding as needed) • Organizing closets, cabinets, pantry, and storage areas • Assisting with decluttering projects -- identifying items to donate, store, or repurpose • Light cleaning (dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming common areas -- deep cleaning not required) Ideal Candidate: Takes initiative and works efficiently without constant direction; Has experience in household management/professional organizing
