Seeking Skilled Housekeeper + Home Assistant To Support Family Household

We’re a busy family looking for a housekeeper, not a house cleaner or cleaning company, who can help manage our home with consistency and care. We live in a split-level ranch (no basement) with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Two of the downstairs rooms are used as workspaces. We both work from home and will often be present during cleaning. Responsibilities: • Managing household clutter and maintaining organized areas • Washing and putting away dishes • Vacuuming, cleaning carpets, and hardwood floors • Dusting and handling pet dander • Coordinating cleaning around our work-from-home schedule • Laundry and linen changes • Tracking and restocking household supplies • Scheduling and coordinating home maintenance (plumber, HVAC, etc.) • Light organizing or decluttering projects Strong communication and time management skills • Comfortable working while we’re home • Must be comfortable with animals (we have a dog and a cat) Driveway available for parking Our family includes one Frenchie and a white Siberian cat.
