Adding A Third Child And Need Help Over The Winter Months To Stay On Top Of Things

We’re expecting our third child in early December and looking for someone to come weekly or even biweekly in Dec/January to help with housekeeping and potentially babysitting our two toddlers on occasion. Primarily anticipate needing help with: Laundry - wash and put away. Laundry located in unfinished basement. Kitchen - catch up on dishes and general tidying of the kitchen with a good wipe down We are teaching our two toddlers to put toys away but anticipate needing help putting toys away and light vacuuming/cleaning and some organizing. Our house is one level ( 3 bed/2 bath) and not very large. The kids are in preschool five mornings a week from 9-12 but due to the holiday season the schedule will be somewhat flexible. Prefer if someone is available late mornings or afternoons.
