No carpet, except for stairs. 2 pets, 1 small poodle and one cat. Upstairs not used, only needs vacuuming, dusting and tile mopped once a month. First floor 1 bedroom, one full bath and 1 powder room. Large living room, family room, kitchen, small office, dining room. Large kitchen with granite tops and some cabinets with glass doors . I clean the interiors of my appliances but will supply stainless steel cleaner for the exterior . 2 kitchen sinks. 1st and 2nd floors are all tile floors. Small 1st floor utility room. 2 adult residents. 1st floor on a b-weekly basis but may need additional cleaning during the holidays or special events.
