Hello all :) We are moving and need 2 cleans prior to moving, the last one being a move out clean. We are headed to mandarin area. This house definitely needs 2-3 people for both jobs to finish adequately. It could work for 2 on first clean but definitely 3 on move out clean. The dates needed are 9/16-9/930 but the last clean has to be done ON sept 30 as that is the closing date. Our home is 4200 sq ft. It's an open layout. We'd like good communication . Specifically on details and how the marble, tile and flooring should be cleaned. Parking Yes super easy plenty of room on road, it's 11 houses and a gated community
