I live in an apartment that is kept very clean. Every other week, I will need the outdoor terrace cleaned (all tile floors), as well as outdoor furniture and balcony windows. Additional needs; all windows washed, bathrooms cleaned, and linens changed in master bedroom (and guest room if Ive had guests). I require all people entering the apartment to either remove shoes or wear protective covering on shoes which I will provide. I will provide cleaning supplies and cloths etc. Please bring your own vacuum. I have mops and buckets for floors. All tile with some area rugs. Requires someone who is very careful, takes their time, and can work around delicate objects and artwork. I like everything put back exactly where it was taken from when cleaned. I look forward to working with the best cleaners in the business.
