Need high-quality, experienced full-time housekeeper to care for a busy household in Coconut Grove (near Mercy Hospital). Family includes mom, 3 teenagers, and a 70 lb dog. Home is 4, 753 sq ft, 3 levels. Coconut Grove Family: Mom + 3 teens + 70 lb dog Home: 4, 753 sq ft, 3 levels Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (live-out) Responsibilities: • Daily cleaning + weekly deep clean rotation • Cooking: kids' snacks + family dinner • Organizing closets, drawers, and all areas • Laundry, ironing, steaming, small repairs • Dog care (feeding + walking) • Reporting repairs, accepting packages Summer Travel Required: Mid June - early August (6-8 weeks) East Hampton, NY Annual: PAYROLL $52, 000 The home has multiple living spaces, outdoor areas, and a high daily activity level, so organization and consistent upkeep are important.
