Busy family of 6 seeking a reliable, long-term housekeeper for ~20 hrs/week. Preferred schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri between 8am-3 p.m. (about 4 hrs/day). We need someone who works well independently and can jump right into tasks. Duties include general cleaning, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry (1-2 loads/day), folding and putting away, light organization, and choosing 1-2 extra projects weekly (cleaning the fridge, organizing drawers, etc.). We're not expecting perfection each visit--just someone proactive who notices what needs attention and helps keep our home clean, organized, and running smoothly.
