About the job
My intent is to employ a live-in housekeeper, with possibly some companionship. I have a house basically divided into a duplex, complete with a pool, parking, entry, bedroom, bathroom, living room, and small kitchen, and an entry to the main house. Would like 4 or 5 healthy meals per week, (10 to 12 servings) that I will eat throughout the week. (Whether lunch or dinner) You would use my full kitchen for that. I'm looking for full service, dishes, laundry, full house cleaning, some reorganization of closets, windows as needed etc I'm 65, in good health, retired, in a one person household If the 4 hrs per day isn't sufficient, small menial landscaping is possible. Basically, 1/3 of my house would be your residence, but you would have ur own 'apartment' and full payment would take those accommodations into consideration.
