House Cleaner - Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure clients' homes are clean, organized, and welcoming. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust furniture, surfaces, blinds, and fixtures Change bed linens and make beds (as requested) Wash dishes or load/unload dishwashers Take out trash and recycling Organize rooms and tidy up common areas Perform deep-cleaning tasks such as cleaning ovens, refrigerators, baseboards, and windows (as requested) Follow client instructions and preferences for cleaning methods or products Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues needing repair or replacement Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times Qualifications: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching Good communication skills and a positive attitude Reliable transportation to and from job sites Must pass background check (if required by employer) Schedule & Compensation: Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time available) Pay rate based on experience and assignment Opportunities for tips and performance bonuses Work Environment: Residential homes, apartments, or vacation rentals May involve working independently or in small teams
