Need Help Organizing And Deep Cleaning My Apartment! (1-time Job)

I have a 1-bed, 1-bath apartment that is around 700 square feet. It is open-concept so the kitchen and living room are one big room. I would like help deep-cleaning and organizing my apartment (1-time job). I have a lot of clutter built up that have made it hard to clean, and I have a few mental health issues that have only compounded the problem. If possible, I want to help with the cleaning process, I just need someone there to do it with me and give advice/guidance on the best way to do things. I need someone that is kind and understanding of my situation, will over-communicate and ask me for anything they need, and is a problem-solver. I live in an apartment complex with ample parking. I have one cat. She is skittish around most people and prefers to hide. If she decides to investigate you, she may allow you to pet her.
