Looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated person to help keep our home running smoothly. This is not a typical cleaning job -- the focus is on organizing, maintaining order, laundry, and proactively improving systems in a busy family home. We have two young boys (6 & 9), so we need someone experienced with organizing homes with kids -- toys, school items, clothes, shared spaces -- in a way that is practical and sustainable. Requirements: Must speak English well Must have verifiable references Ideal candidate: Loves organizing and creating systems (closets, kitchen, play areas, bedrooms, etc.) Notices what needs to be done without waiting for instructions Efficient, dependable, and respectful of the home Comfortable with laundry (wash/fold/put away with systems) Able to maintain order on a regular basis (not deep cleaning)
