Dependable Personal Assistant/House Manager Needed

New Haven home with busy working parents, two boys ages 8 and 10 and a goldendoodle looking for part-time house manager/personal assistant. Specifically: - someone who can learn where things in the house go, how to keep it tidy, identify what is to be saved, acted upon, thrown away - help with errands - help with some meal prep - help with occasional dog walking (we have dog walker) - take dog to vet - random chores - drive kids to activities sometimes - sometimes babysit (we have a babysitter but her availability fluctuates) - must have a safe car and good driving record Ideally this is someone who does not need to be told what to do - but leans in, takes action, asks questions and becomes invaluable to the functioning of our family. Hours and pay are flexible for the right person. Could become full time work with benefits if desired.
