About the job
We're a busy family looking for a reliable, detail-oriented household helper to support our home. The role is mainly house cleaning (including changing and washing sheets), meal prep, and being present when our kids (7 & 11) are occasionally home--no active babysitting required unless there's an emergency. Very rare school/activity pick-ups may be needed when a parent is traveling. Responsibilities: -General and deep house cleaning -Meal prep and kitchen clean-up -Light household organization -Being a responsible adult in the home when kids are around -Rare kid pick-ups (only when needed) -Cat care: cleaning pet hair, scooping litter box, etc. Requirements: -Comfortable with cats -Strong cleaning skills -Responsible, dependable, and proactive -Reliable transportation for occasional pick-ups -Good with kids; no hands-on childcare required
