I have a two story home and I think it would be better if I have someone come and clean the upstairs one week and then the downstairs on the second week.. I am flexible and very detailed so it would be helpful to have someone who is experienced and would like a nice environment and have a nice environment to work in with me. It depends on what needs to be done or what project we can work on together or what needs to get done in a timely manner so we can coordinate with each others schedules to make it work for both of us. I prefer someone who is energetic and enjoys working with respect to housekeeping and other things like organizing and getting things done. He is very sweet but very energetic when you first meet him, and then will settle down and just hang out with you or around the house.
