Looking for someone that is dependable, trustworthy, and hard working. This person should be kind. My elderly mother lives with us and is home. I have 5 small to medium size Multigen Labradoodles that are very friendly. They can be put in the back yard if needed but typically they are good when cleaning. They just like a little love. Our home is two stories. However, the second floor is not used unless I have family come into town. There is a formal dining and front room. The kitchen, regular dining, and living room are open concept. My elderly mother lives in the guest room and guest bathroom is downstairs and the master bathroom and master bath is downstairs along with an office. There is carpet in the bedrooms, the rest is tile. I need help with dusting angel shutter blinds every 2 months. Cleaning the oven and 2 refrigerators as needed. Need floors vacuumed and mopped with every visit. Need kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. Need sheets washed. Washing of any dirt bathroom, or kitchen mats as needed. Cleaning of curio Cabinet every 3 months and china hutch. Oiling of wood furniture every month. 1. Dependable 2. Honest 3. Trust worthy 4. Kind 5. If she notices something, that she will let us know. 6. Ask for help if needed. 7. Hard working You can drive and park in driveway or street in front of house. There is also bus stops close to where we live with a short walk to the house. We have 5 small to medium size Multigen Labradoodles. They love people and they get really excited when someone comes to the door. They do jump but it's only to get some love. They do bark when the door bell rings. My senior mom has a 5 pound older chihuahua .
