The first thing I guess is just find someone that we like. Plus someone that can help to tidy up the house and help to keep it that way and If something pops up and needs to get done it's not a huge deal. Be flexible and go with the flow. I you say you are going to do something then do it. The schedule is pretty flexable. We can work out a time easy.
