Ideal qualities: • Warm, friendly, and comfortable around small children • Trustworthy with excellent attention to detail • Takes initiative and works independently • Punctual and dependable • Fluent English — able to easily understand and follow instructions • Positive attitude • Physically able to climb a ladder as needed • Good at following directions and remembering routines Responsibilities include: • Regular light cleaning • Deep cleaning as needed • Home organization and tidying • Laundry and putting away clothes • Ironing • Basic food prep (e. g., chopping) • Breaking down and returning packages • Wiping down and maintaining outdoor furniture • Ensuring items are put back in their proper place and the home stays organized
