FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPER MENLO PARK CA A private family in Menlo Park seeks a polished Full Time Housekeeper to uphold white glove standards across their residence. The ideal professional is detail driven organized and team minded with a calm kind service style and a strong command of surface appropriate methods for fine furnishings fabrics and finishes. You will partner with existing household staff in a positive respectful environment and help keep the home consistently guest ready Responsibilities Daily cleaning and rotational deep cleaning across all rooms and finishes Bed making and linen changes towel refreshes seasonal swaps as directed Household laundry and wardrobe care label reading hand washing pressing and steaming Support dry cleaning logistics and floral services Care and preservation of delicate materials artwork and high value items Identify and report maintenance needs track simple work orders to completion Organization of closets pantry and storage with inventories and restocking Collaborate smoothly with the on site chef 11 a.m. 7 p.m. for cleanup table setting and light service as needed Assist with occasional entertaining including event preparation service and post event resets Partner respectfully with the Executive Housekeeper complete project work during family travel window Uphold a culture of professionalism discretion and teamwork no drama or gossip Requirements Minimum five years of recent high level housekeeping experience in a private household Five star standards and proven care of luxury fabrics finishes art and furnishings English fluency speak read and write Legally authorized to work in the United States Excellent professional references and ability to pass a comprehensive background check Valid driver's license with a strong driving record Dependable positive and solutions oriented Poised kind and professional excellent communication and service mindset Exceptional organization and attention to detail consistent follow through Flexibility to adjust schedule on occasion to support family needs COVID 19 vaccinated and boosted client requirement Location Menlo Park California. Schedule Full time 8 a.m. 4 p.m. with occasional flexibility. Flexible days on with either Sunday Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday schedule Salary and Benefits 55 per hour to DOE Health care plan Dental and vision coverage vacation sick and holiday pay Employment is contingent upon a clear background check and verification of professional employer references.
