Housekeeper Wanted!

About the job

The house is a two-story, 2600 sq. foot, 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom home. It's an open concept and has stairs. We're hoping someone can come in every week or every other week to provide thorough cleaning. We're looking for: Counter, Surfaces & Appliance Wipe Down (each visit) Cabinet wiping (1x a month) Appliance Cleaning (Microwave, Fridge, Oven, Stove Top- each visit) Sweep/Mop Floors (each visit) Vaccum (each visit) General dusting (each visit) Baseboard cleaning (1x a month) Wall wipe down (1x a month) Vaccum couch (each visit) Window sill and blinds cleaning (1x a month) Make beds (each visit) Clean Bathrooms (shower, toilet, sinks.. ect- each visit) Clean up dog poop in backyard (each visit) On occasion, ask for small errands like grocery shopping or store pick up. Only if housekeeper is open to it, this list required at all. Organization Timeliness Good Communication Detail-Oriented Self-driven and motivated Comfortable with pets There is a bus stop within walking distance, and parking in our driveway/street Dog- Border Collie Mix Dog- Beagle, Poodle Mix Both dogs will warm up quickly but are very skeptical at first. Please do not pet dogs right away.
