Duties: A warm and welcoming family in Atherton is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Full-time Housekeeper to join their household team. This position is a second housekeeper role, with a strong emphasis on laundry, ironing, and weekly bed resets, while also supporting general housekeeping needs in a 15, 000 sq. ft. residence. The household is fully staffed, including nannies, a chef, and an estate/property manager, and the housekeeper will be expected to work collaboratively within this team. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience working in private homes as a Housekeeper. Knowledge of proper cleaning and laundry techniques. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Benefits: This is a non exempt position with compensation paid through payroll services. This position will guarantee 52 weeks of pay per year, with accrued 40 hours of paid sick time, accrued 80 hours of paid time off, and 9 Federal Holidays observed with paid time off.
