Two story townhouse with a medium sized dog. She's a coward but barks like she owns the place. Warms up to women, men won't have a chance esp if wearing baseball caps. Never bites. Master bedroom is in use, guest bed and bath rarely utilized. Would love help with dishes, laundry, appliance cleaning, and general organization (have been living a bachelor life too long). Have employed maid services prior, but looking for more thorough options. They clean and tidy the basics, will exchange linens, have been contracted for monthly cleanings. My schedule varies substantially (work in healthcare), and would appreciate a flexible contractor to assist. To be married in June 2026, will then have two medium sized dogs.
