House needs to be move in ready. Floors and baseboards cleaned. All cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out. Stove and refrigerator cleaned inside and out. Bathroom needs to be totally cleaned including tiled tub surround and all shelves and drawers. All windows and windowsills, and trim dusted and cleaned. All light fixtures dusted and cleaned. Walls washed . No blinds to be cleaned as they will be replaced.
