HOUSEKEEPING JOB FULLTIME Middle-aged financially stable couple, with no children is looking for a household employee for a minimum of 36 hours a week. This household employee will not be relocating. We do not want a live in employee. Duties include general running of the household: Employee must be detail oriented and able to use an app to manage daily duties Deep Cleaning and Light Cleaning on a schedule Odd jobs and minor home maintenance(small paint and repair jobs) Ironing Help with entertaining and food prep Working on a ladder/scaffolding with a spotter to clean high windows/walls Retrieving items needed or put items away in attic Power washing Contacting and supervision of contractors, when needed Indoor/Outdoor plant care Only those with experience running a large household need apply. Background check And references required.
