We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented full-time House Manager to help oversee daily operations of a private home. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for maintenance needs and can proactively identify when something requires attention or repair. Responsibilities include monitoring pool levels and equipment, checking thermostats and home systems, coordinating repairs or vendors as needed, light cooking/meal prep, and keeping an overall watchful eye on the property to ensure everything runs smoothly. We're seeking someone organized, trustworthy, and comfortable managing a home independently. Must be proactive, communicative, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in caring for a home as if it were their own.
