There is a pet golden retriever, hes extremely friendly but very needy for attention. I will have my parents put him in another room or take him with them when the cleaning takes place. The house smells a lot like dog and they are embarrassed about the smell, so anything to get rid of the smell in the couches/floors/carpets/etc is most needed.
