Busy family with four young children and a friendly husky seeking a reliable, proactive Household Manager to help keep our home running smoothly. This role is more than basic cleaning - we're looking for someone who takes ownership, keeps the home organized, and enjoys creating calm and order. Responsibilities: • Daily home reset: dishes, counters, tidying, organizing • Vacuuming & pet hair management (husky) • Laundry: wash, fold, put away • Bathroom touch-ups + rotating deep-clean areas • Trash/Recycling • Light home organization projects • Optional errands (groceries, returns, etc.) • Not childcare, but support with kids' spaces & bedding Ideal Candidate: Trustworthy, proactive, detail-oriented, good communicator, comfortable with dogs, and experienced in housekeeping, hospitality, organizing, or home operations.
