About the job
This is a one bedroom condo. One. 77-year-old man is the occupant who has no physical disabilities but does have some mental health challenges. Ideally he would not be present while someone is cleaning. He does a very good job of maintaining his home but has some eccentric habits that require things to be left out and not moved. Nothing too involved but important to him.
