We are fairly flexible, and need someone who will do a good job and be consistent about showing up. The home is mostly hardwood floors with some rugs and carpet in the basement. The focus is really on the floors and dusting mostly. We may occasionally need some additional deep cleaning help to be negotiated independent of the monthly clean.
