Description: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help maintain our duplex. The home has two parts: Upper Unit (Airbnb): Needs to be flipped after guest checkouts. This requires a full hotel-style clean for bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making the space spotless for the next guest. Laundry (linens, towels, bedding) will also be part of this task. Lower Unit (Our Home): This is our family's living space and is well lived in. We also have a basement that sees a lot of use. Both will need a deep clean once a month (dusting, scrubbing, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and general organization). Schedule & Hours: Airbnb cleanings as needed (based on guest checkouts; flexible but usually daytime). Monthly deep clean of our lower unit and basement (6-8 hours depending on pace).
