New York UES exec with small dog needs a part-time housekeeper 3 hours a day, Monday through Friday. An ideal match will meet the requirements below. Daily cleaning four room apartment 1 bedroom and 1 and 1/2 Baths. Vacuuming and/or mopping, kitchen cleaning, dusting, laundry, living room/dining area, etc, Changing bed linens, deep cleaning, oven cleaning, pet waste cleaning, Refrigerator cleaning, cabinet cleaning, organization tidying), carpet cleaning + small balcony cleaning. Must have references! Thank you for being loyal to the job and to the resident of the home. Must speak understandable English. Also, opportunity for cleaning/housekeeping work at country home/Hudson Valley some weekends (Thursday-Sunday). Please provide phone number to reach you for initial conversation.
