Working Mom Who NEEDS Help!!

Looking to hire some help this single working mom!! Primarily I need someone to help with laundry, kitchen clean up, lite meal prep, running errands, organizing and more to keep the household working. Occasionally shuttling kids, occasionally shuttling animals... I run a business and my daughters are 8 and 10. We also have a 17-year-old foreign exchange student. Our home is in rural Cato - two stories and we live primarily on the main floor. Three bedrooms upstairs and three bathrooms. Basement is finished and our exchange student and additional relaxation space is there... Laundry, dishes and meal prep... I literally can't keep up. I'd love to have meals for a few dinners a week? Plus prep for lunches that get packed everyday. Also - organizing and moving things to their final destination to keep things organized... donations, garbage and more... Must be detail oriented and ambitious - need to be able to make decisions to keep the "checklist" moving and get the household working done... Plenty of parking but must have your own vehicle Our family consists of Stella our frenchie, Smokey our Siamese cat and chickens
