Single story home. No carpeting. Not a lot of clutter. Easy to clean. Recurring cleaning. Vacuum, sweep, dust, clean and sanitize bathrooms, clean all kitchen surfaces including outside of appliances. All mirrors must be cleaned and streak free. Vacuum 2 sofas and one chair in living room . Dust and clean under furniture at least every other cleaning. Dust all ceiling fans and light fixtures. Clean inside and outside of 2 microwaves. Dust and clean moldings. Dust wall hangings. Clean 4 door jams. No laundry, beds, dishes. Previous cleaners completed job in 3 hours. Housekeeper must be reliable, thorough and pay attention to details. Would love someone who takes the initiative to do a little extra. Plenty of parking in driveway. Frenchie. Very friendly, but will not be in your way.
