Searching for a great house cleaner for my elderly parents with 2 cats. Tidy, non-clutterred, 2600 sq ft ranch house. Majority of house is luxury vinyl flooring with area rugs. Standard cleaning: Bathrooms, Vacuuming, kitchen counters, mopping Kitchen floor, Dusting, General Room Cleaning to include dusting ceiling fans, wall decor and cobwebs under chairs and ceiling corners. Occasionally, as/if needed: Changing bed linens, Deep cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Refrigerator Cleaning, Cabinet Cleaning, Window Washing. Visits might be once per month or twice per month, parents to determine, but please provide quote for both. Thank you!
