Older couple who are clean but getting hard to do house themselves. House has 3 levels but there are vacuums on each level. We want reliability and eye for detail. Have a deck. Would like beds changed and linens washed, as well as towels. Windows and sliding doors wiped down if dirty. We have fans overhead in rooms. We are nice people and value help. Lost last housekeeper after 15 years due to her health problems. There might be different things we would need help with occasionally. We could have deep clean first time and then every 2 weeks or weekly. Need help carrying laundry upstairs or reaching things that might be overhead. Want after noon due to sleeping later due to hard time sleeping at night. Would probably be 4 hours wanted unless you think you need more.
