Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Biddeford

I'm having foot surgery 8/29 and my partner has early/mid stage Parkinsons. I'll be working from home but will have limited mobility and my partner is not well enough to do these tasks. We'll need someone once a week for a couple hours to vacuum, clean bathroom, take the trash out, maybe do a load of laundry. Likely September through October. If this works well and the person is interested, possibly on a more ongoing basis beyond October. We are clean (though not immaculate!) and have a smoke free home. We have one pet, he's the friendliest chihuahua ever! Our first floor apartment has hardwood floors with an area rug in the living room and den. Laundry is one flight down in the basement. I'm open to questions!
