It's a 2 story around 2, 000 sq ft. 2 bedrooms upstairs. Vaulted ceiling makes the upstairs only half the size of downstairs. Full bath upstairs with shower and tub. No master bedroom. Vacuuming, kitchen floor vacuumed and mopped, bathroom and kitchen cleaned bi-weekly. Dusting and windows monthly. Be able to move items in order to clean and then put them back. Yes there is a visitor parking spot right next to the house. Its in a development. We also have a parking spot that can be used while we're at work. Frankie is a 23lb siberian cat. He might hiss or swat if approached and you try to pet him, but if you let him smell your hand or shoes he'll just mind his own business and let you work. He might watch you from a distance. After multiple visits he'll probably get used to you and rub against you.
