This home will be used for short-term rentals, so the schedule will depend on bookings and when guests depart. Deep cleaning will be necessary each visit: interiors of all appliances, including the refrigerator, oven, and smaller appliances; vacuuming/washing of rugs/floors; laundry; replacing bed linens; cleaning window sills, baseboards, and ceiling fans. Also required is the restocking/replenishing of paper products and soaps in all dispensers. The home is comfortable, but uncluttered and very organized, keeping housekeeping in mind. It just needs the right house cleaner to maintain its cleanliness and simplicity.
