A busy family in Clinton, CT seeks a proactive Household Manager to oversee daily operations of their primary residence and provide weekly oversight at their East Hampton, lake home. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative with minimal direction. Responsibilities include vendor management, household organization, errands, wardrobe and laundry care, troubleshooting repairs, seasonal upkeep, and occasional pet/meal support. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential. Must have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, valid driver's license, and be pet-friendly. Compensation: $60, 000-$80, 000 DOE + paid holidays + two weeks' vacation.
