Must work independently, run errands, and speak/understand English (no translator). Schedule: Start on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Once established, the regular day may shift. Tasks: Bathrooms, vacuum/mop, kitchen (oven, fridge, cabinets, baseboards), dusting, laundry, changing linens, organization beyond tidying, deep cleaning (2 /year), pet waste cleanup, carpet cleaning, window washing (no ladders), and move-out cleaning if needed. Looking for someone trustworthy, thorough, and self-driven who takes pride in their work.
