Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Recurring Work In San Francisco

Searching for a great house cleaner. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment with a balcony (~1000 sq ft). Over the last 4-5 years I was caring for my sick mother, while working 60 hour weeks from home. Before she died last year, I injured my back and am having trouble standing and walking without pain. I am looking for someone to help me either every week or every other week. Tasks would include: General cleaning, vacuuming, steam cleaning bathrooms and kitchen floors, laundry (in building), taking out garbage and recycleing (in basement), cleaning windows (including tracks), cleaning kitchen appliances, vacuuming under furniture, and other tasks as needed. I have a very smart and friendly indoor cat. She and I both shed a lot. I like to use natural cleaning supplies. I have most of what you should need. My schedule is flexible.
