House Cleaner Needed

Hello. I'm looking for a house cleaner. My current cleaner has been with me for 3 years and is moving. Very sad to lose her. I have a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old and need someone who is available 2-3 times a week to come to my home. The cleaner would need to be available late morning on Sundays to do a full house deep clean. Also would like the cleaner to come over once or twice during the weekdays to help with doing dishes, laundry, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, organizing/ putting away toys, etc. It makes sense to pay the cleaner on an hourly basis because my specific cleaning needs vary somewhat from day to day. Lastly, the cleaner must be willing to remove their shoes at the door, as we don't wear shoes in our home.
