We have hardwood floors. Will want those swept and washed. Have electric hardwood sweeper and washer. Mostly interest in kitchen and bathrooms with dusting in living room, dining room and entry way. bedrooms we will handle. may want office cleaned every other month. Would like to start with a deep cleaning then discuss maintenance from there on out. Probably once a month or maybe every other week. We live in the foothills off Academy.
