Home size is 3, 500 sf (5br/4ba), but only the primary bedroom and 3 bathrooms will need attention weekly. The guest suite (1 br/1ba) will be as-needed. Other 3 bedrooms will not be cleaned. We work from a home office and typically will be on-site for questions/assistance. We have 2 dogs that will be locked outside during cleaning. Looking for weekly cleanings and may want to have an initial "deep" cleaning. Prefer to have same person/team each week. House is in pretty good order already and we will have clutter/dishes/etc. picked up--we just could use some help keeping the "sparkle"!
