While we have a full time nanny, we travel frequently and often need additional (sometimes last minute) help with our 3 girls. Schedule is not consistent but overnights are planned well in advance (months), while days or date nights are hopefully planned at least a week in advance. We prefer a nanny with childcare experience, especially with an infant. We need someone who is flexible and can handle the chaos watching 2 toddlers and an infant might (and has a tendency to) bring. We need someone with their own car for potential school drop offs and pick ups, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. Our girls are very sweet and enjoy crafts, coloring/painting, trips to the park and childrens museum and playing princess dress up.
