Full Time Nanny For 3 Girls

We're urgently seeking a nurturing, hands-on nanny for our three girls as their father works long days at the Jackson airport and, due to our separation, I will no longer be in the state. Our older daughters (9/7) attend Afton & Osmond Elementary and have weekly activities: dance at Dezi's on Tuesdays at 5:15 and gymnastics at Star Gymnastics on Wednesdays at 3:30. Our 3yo attends daycare during the day. We want someone who will truly engage with them-no relying on screens. My biggest ask is that you play with them, provide simple healthy meals, & help keep their minds positive during this transition. They love games, dancing, singing, and being active. There may be stretches when I am in town; we will adjust compensation for those times. A clean driving record is required, and a family vehicle will be provided for school and activities.
