We are a family in Sussex, WI, seeking a caring nanny to join us when our baby will be about 3 months old in June 2026. We value open communication, consistency, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for our child to grow and thrive. We would love someone with experience caring for infants, who can bring warmth and patience. Ideally, you're someone who loves what you do and would enjoy staying with our family for at least a year or more. Time is slightly flexible (7-9 a.m. start to 2:30-5 p.m. end depending on nanny alignment). I work from home but need to be highly engaged on client calls. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping maintenance and simple meal prep. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. The start date would be in June 2026.
