family is looking for childcare - for a 9 and 14 year. We like to refer to this as "personalized day camp" for the kids. It isn't traditional nannying as the kids are older, independent and self directed. They need someone to be their guide, driver and adventure coordinator to lead them as much as possible out of the house and outside to parks and adventures.
